Former resident will celebrate 100th

Aldna Ufford, who lived in Vermillion for 89 years, will be celebrating her 100th birthday on Feb. 7.

She lived on the family farm east of town for most of those years, and taught in area one-room schools for 18

years. Her family is hosting an open house on Sunday, Feb. 3, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Rochester, MN.
