Meet rescued pets at Campbell Supply

People for Pets, SD, an advocacy group for pets and their families, will host a "Meet and Greet" with rescued animals at Campbell Supply in Vermillion on Saturday, Jan. 29, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This is an opportunity to meet some of the pets which are now available for adoption through People for Pets, SD.

Campbell Supply's Store Manager, Mike Hartel, invites the public to visit the store between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to meet with the pets and rescue volunteers. Visitors are welcome to pet, brush and exercise the animals and, if interested, apply for their adoption. Coordinator Julie Rae Hammontree will be available to share the history of each animal and explain the adoption process.
