Wanda Mueller of the Avera Center for MindBody-Spirit will be offering stress reduction classes beginning on Thursday, Jan. 10 and running through Thursday, Feb. 28. Classes will be held on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Benedictine Center in the MindBodySpirit Center.
These classes use a combination of yoga, nutrition (with a focus on whole foods) and guided imagery to help participants learn to lower their stress.
Participants will need to take an initial assessment prior to the class beginning and those are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 8.
