James Prosser James Bennett Prosser, 78, of Vermillion, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Sanford Vermillion Medical Center. A service of remembrance will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26 at the First United Methodist Church, 16 N. Dakota St., Vermillion. A meal will follow at the church.
