Presentation will address Hyperion�s economic impact

Presentation will address Hyperionâ�?�?s economic impact POLICOM Corporation, at the request of The Siouxland Initiative, will make an economic presentation on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.�? �?  The public is invited to attend the presentation which will be at the Dakota Valley High School Auditorium at 1150 Northshore Dr., North Sioux City, SD (Interstate 29 Exit 4).�?  Mr. Bill Fruth, researcher with POLICOM Corporation, will present information on how local economies work, the existing condition of the local economy, and the impact the Hyperion Energy Center will have on the economy. POLICOM Corporation is an independent economic research firm which specializes in analyzing local and state economies.�?  From its research, it determines if an economy is growing or declining, what is causing this to happen, and offers ideas and solutions to improve the situation.
