Clarification The story concerning the empty holster protest at the University of South Dakota in last week��?s Plain Talk contained an unclear description for military policy concerning armed soldiers and drinking at bars. The policy is that soldiers are not armed when they drink, and must quit drinking eight hours prior to drawing their weapons for duty.
