Engaged William and Katheryn Martsolf of Fruita, CO, are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah to Patrick Brooks, son of Keith and Gloria Brooks of Vermillion. Sarah, a 2000 graduate of Fruita Monument High School, received her bachelor��?s degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She is employed by the city of Fruita Recreation Department, as a special events coordinator and a health and wellness consultant. Patrick, a 2001 graduate of Vermillion High School, received his bachelor��?s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming in Laramie. He is currently employed by Bank of the West in Fruita. An Aug. 9, 2008 wedding is being planned in Fruita, CO. Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Salt Lake City, UT; where Sarah will be attending graduate school at the University of Utah.
