Engaged Whitney Kay Tolsma and Christopher William Koelling announce their engagement. The bride is the daughter of Lauren and Joan Tolsma, Vermillion. She graduated from Vermillion High School in 2003, and Lake Area Tech in Watertown for cosmetology in April 2006. She is employed as a hair stylist at Hair Graphix in Sioux Falls. The groom is the son of Roger and Lori Koelling of Sioux Falls. He graduated from Washington High School in 2005 and Lake Area Tech in Watertown for automotive in February 2008. He is employed as an auto mechanic. The couple will exchange vows Saturday, June 21, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Vermillion, with the Rev. Ed Anderson officiating. Honorary matron of honor is Megan O��?Connor, bridesmaids are Katy Koelling, Casi Ludens and Tara Swanson, and flower girl is Ella O��?Connor. Best man is Adam Raymond, and groomsmen are Daniel Tolsma and Ryan O��?Connor. Ring bearer is Trey Brandhagen.
