eTelecare names Anderson specialist

eTelecare names Anderson specialist eTelecare Global Solut-ions has named Jessica Anderson to the position of Associate Training Special-ist. In her new role, Anders-on will assist with training new hires and ongoing training of current employees, and provide floor support for Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders. â�?�?My goal is to provide our agents with a fun learning environment and the information they need to be successful at eTelecare,â�? said Anderson. Anderson, a 2003 graduate of Yankton High School and current Yankton resident, joined eTelecare in May 2007 as a Warranty Service Center/High End Device Agent. In her spare time, Anderson enjoys reading, watching Minnesota Twins baseball, trips to the beach and time with family and friends.
