First Bank & Trust holds organizational meeting The First Bank & Trust Board of Directors recently held their annual organizational meeting where the following positions were voted on and approved. Susan Oberle was appointed to Assistant Vice President. Oberle works as Retail Banking Supervisor. She joined the bank in 1996. Glenda Schempp was appointed to Assistant Vice President. She started with the bank in 1986 and serves as Loan Processing Supervisor, Consumer and Mortgage Loan Officer. Tom Fishback was appointed as an Officer of the Bank. Fishback serves the bank as Retail Banking Officer. He joined the bank in 2007.
