Obituary Harold A. Marker Harold A. Marker, 74, of Vermilion, died Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Sanford Vermillion Hospital. Harold was born Nov. 18, 1933 in Churubusco, IN to Delvia B. and Catherine (Gordon) Marker. He attended school in Indiana, and married Charlotte Roose on June 6, 1953 in Chicago, IL and joined the U.S. Army, serving for two years during the Korean War. Harold was a retired production coordinator from L & J Engineering in Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte, of Vermillion; three sons, Boyd A. (Victoria) and Harold A. Jr. (Kera) all of Downers Grove, IL, and Gordon R.A. (Sandy) of Vermillion; and a daughter, Catherine Louise (Guy) Lashbrook of Martinsville, IN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and one great- grandchild. Memorial services will be 7 p.m. Friday, June 20 at the Faith Fellowship Church in Vermillion, with burial of ashes at a later date.
