Students graduate from Family, Fun and Fitness

Students graduate from Family, Fun and Fitness Family, Fun and Fitness: A Wellness Approach is pleased to announce another graduating class. Family, Fun and Fitness is hosted by Sanford Vermillion Medical Center and is open to children and their families. The nine week course focuses on improving nutritional habits and the importance of activity in our daily lives. Each session includes interactive discussion as well as a 35 fitness activity for the children. Weekly nutrition and activity goals were met by all the students which concluded with a grand prize drawing. Family, Fun and Fitness will begin another nine week session in October 2008.
