JoAnn Reed Morse

JoAnn Reed Morse JoAnn Reed Morse died Wednesday, July 19, 2008 at the Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile, AL. She was born on Sept. 27, 1943 in Vermillion to Carl and Meryl Reed. She graduated from Vermillion High School and worked in Vermillion for several years. She married Bill Towner and had two sons. She married Douglas Morse Feb. 2, 1988 and lived in Grand Bay, AL working as a receptionist at Springhill Senior Residence in Mobile. She loved her work and friends there. She is survived by her husband; her mother; her sons, Bill Jr. of Fort Pierce, FL and Carl Towner of Vermillion; brothers, Gary Reed of Sioux Falls, and Jim Reed of Vermillion; and two grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at the Methodist Church in Vermillion on Wednesday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Brook McBride officiating.
