Visitation enforcement task force schedules annual meeting Aug. 12 The Visitation Enforcement Task Force annual meeting will be on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 9 a.m. in Conference Room #2 of the Kneip building in Pierre. The primary focus of the Aug. 12 meeting will be consideration of grant applications. The grants are made possible through an award from the Department of Health and Human Services to help states establish programs that support and facilitate noncustodial parents? involvement in their children?s lives. The moneys may be used to: 1. Assist with funding client services, 2. Purchase equipment for or help establish new visitation centers, or 3. Help establish pilot visitation enforcement programs. For further information and program details please contact Judith Roberts at 605-773-8458. The task force encourages all interested persons to attend and public testimony is welcome. Individuals requiring assistance should contact the state court administrator?s office 605-773-6254 at least 48 hours before the meeting to make any arrangements.
