The Sale on the Oyate Trail, scheduled for Sept. 19-21, is a 400 mile-long garage sale to be held in 25 towns from I-29 (North Sioux City), to highways 50 and 18 across southern South Dakota, ending at Hot Springs on the western edge of the trail. This very, very large garage sale will feature house-to-house sales, farmerâ�?�?s markets, food of all types, entertainment, arts and crafts and much more. While you â�?�?shop till you dropâ�? visiting the hundreds of vendors, you can also take in museums, parks, stores around the 25 towns or maybe even a street dance. There will be adventures and fun for all ages, so mark your calendar for the ultimate fall road trip.
