pamphlet also available online Secretary of State Chris Nelson announced that the ballot question pamphlet which includes information on the seven ballot questions voters will decide on during the Nov. 4, election is available to the public. â�?�?The pamphlet is prepared and posted on the Secretary of Stateâ�?�?s Web site,â�? said Nelson. â�?�?The printed pamphlet will be available at every county auditorâ�?�?s office, each public library, and the state library in mid September.â�? The pamphlet will also be available in large print, Braille, or on tape by contacting the South Dakota State Library. The pamphlet includes the title of each ballot question, the attorney generalâ�?�?s explanation of the measure, and statements both â�?�?forâ�? and â�?�?againstâ�? the measure which are submitted by proponents and opponents of each ballot question.
