Vermillion to hold classic
two-day event Sept. 5-6 World-class barbeque ribs and a sizzling music-fest will highlight this years classic event, â�?�?Ribs, Rods & Rock â�?�?n Roll,â�? to be held in downtown Vermillion, Fri. and Sat., Sept 5-6. Everyone is invited to attend. As part of the event, Vermillion will host this yearâ�?�?s State Barbeque Championship featuring a $5,000 purse. Along with numerous food vendors, attendees can enjoy a classic car show, family entertainment area, motorcycle fun run, cruise night, street dance, beer garden, barbeque cooking demos, barbeque judging and two days of live music. This years music lineup include the bands, Golden Bubbles, The Kickback, Judd Hoos, Narrative Feed, Poker Alice, T. Wilson King and Hyentyte.
