at Bergen Lutheran The Bergen Lutheran Women of the ELCA extend an invitation to their annual â�?�?Come to the Tableâ�? day on Sunday, Sept. 28 at 2:30 p.m. in the Bergen Church fellowship hall. The afternoon will include a presentation by Jenny Peterson of DeSmet.�? Jenny considers herself to be a woman of faith that has led her to the surgery which restored her sight.�? Peterson says, â�?�?God still works miracles today.�? He just uses these remarkable surgeons and their skills to accomplish it for Him sometimes.â�?�? Jenny shares how God has worked in her life and continues to tell her story yet today whenever she is asked to do so.�?  â�?�?It is really Godâ�?�?s story â�?¦ I just happened to be the person He chose to tell it.â�? â�?�?Come to the Tableâ�? began at Bergen several years ago and have offered a variety of musical and entertaining programs.�? An additional highlight to this event has been and continues to be the beautifully decorated tables. The Bergen Church is located seven miles west of Vermillion on the Timber Road.
