She took home third place in dairy goat senior showmanship. In breeding meat goats, she received two blue ribbons and took home third place breeding meat goat senior showmanship. The South Dakota Horse State Fair was held July 22-24 in Huron. There were five participants from Clay County who did very well. To qualify to go to the State 4-H Horse Show, they had to receive a purple ribbon in their respective areas at the county 4-H Horse Show.
