provides needed facts Does your child have learning difficulties, emotional or behavioral meltdowns, problems making and keeping friends, trouble remembering or turning in homework? If you answered â�?�?yesâ�? to any of these questions, this may be the parent education and support group for you. Sponsored by South Dakota Parent Connection and USD Center for Disabilities, Learning Difficulties Support Group meetings will be held at SD Parent Connection, 3701 W. 49th St., Sioux Falls, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 11, Oct. 9, Nov. 13, Dec. 11, Jan. 8, Feb. 12, March 12,�?  April 9 and May 8. Parents are invited to join this supportive and informal setting with professional presentations and family sharing time to gain the support and information needed to help their families through the challenges of home, school, and life in between. Topics will include self-esteem and peer relationships; communication, socialization and daily living skills; planning, organizing, and managing self, time, and space; homework hassles; and more.
