Sports Writer Their first dual win of the season, a 6-3 triumph over Todd County, highlighted last weekâ�?�?s play by the Vermillion girlsâ�?�? tennis team. Claire Jones at No. 1 singles, Christy Sorenson at�? No. 5�? singles, Jones and Kayla Munger at No. 1 doubles, and Dylan Daniels and Amanda Jacobson at No. 2 doubles picked up Tanager wins.�?  Vermillion also won a pair of matches by default. In other duals in the past week, Vermillion lost to Madison 9-0, lost to Yankton 9-0, lost to the Rapid City Stevens JVs 9-0 and lost to Brandon Valley 8-1.�? Jones earned Vermillionâ�?�?s win in the Brandon Valley dual.
