Carlier will study in Paris

Carlier will study in Paris Jessica L. Carlier, of Vermillion, is participating in the Bates College Junior Year Abroad program. Carlier, an economics major, is studying in Paris through Hamilton College. Students at Bates have the option of taking a semester or full year in a foreign country. Both programs provide them opportunities to study and conduct research at their choice of hundreds of colleges and universities throughout the world. Carlier is the daughter of Lina Maria Hall, Vermillion, and Milton Carlier, Corona, NY. She is a 2006 graduate of Vermillion High School.
