register by Oct. 20 â�?�?Weâ�?�?re in the Red Zone,â�? declared Secretary of State Chris Nelson as he referred to the remaining two weeks for South Dakotans to register to vote for the Nov. 4 general election.�? â�?�?Now is the time to register to vote or update your registration address.�?  The deadline for the upcoming election is Oct. 20.�? Donâ�?�?t wait.â�? Voter registration is available at county auditor and city finance offices, driver license stations, military recruitment offices and social service agencies.�? Mail-in voter registration forms can be printed from the Secretary of Stateâ�?�?s Web site at www.sdsos.gov. Persons wondering if they are registered to vote or where they are currently registered can check the voter information portal at www.sdsos.gov.
