There will be informational booths, mini seminars, prizes, drawings, bake sale and lunch. • National Music Museums Brown Bag Lunch Program will feature Susanne Skyrm, USD, performing 'Beyond Scarlatti' on Friday, Nov. 21 from 12:05 to 12:55 p.m. Free and open to the public. • The VCDC Fall Membership Social is Friday, Nov. 21 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Charcoal Lounge. • The Eagles' Poultry Party is Nov. 21 and 22 with bingo and pitch, soups, sandwiches and pies. This is the Eagles' major fund raiser. • Vermillion High School's Annual Fall Show is Friday, Nov. 21 and Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7 p.m. in the VHS Performing Arts Center featuring the Rhythm in Red show choir. Adults $5 and K-12 $3. Tickets are available through the VHS Music Department or at the door. • USD Music Recital – Dan Duffield presents his graduate percussion recital to the public at no charge on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Colton Recital Hall. • The University Art Galleries will present "Cliff Evans: The Road to Mount Weather," a three-channel moving image exhibition. It will be featured throughout the month of November in the Main Gallery of the Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts. • More mentors needed! Big Friend-Little Friend, Inc., of Clay and Union counties is seeking more mentors for its area youth. There are two boys who would like an adult male mentor in Vermillion and one boy seeking a friend in Elk Point. The program is also seeking an 8- to 11-year-old girl to match with a 17-year-old female volunteer in Elk Point. Be a mentor, be a friend, just be there.
