The Coyotes made the long trek to North Greenville worthwhile with a 63-0 win over the Crusaders on Saturday, Nov. 1. A 35-point second quarter outburst proved key for the Coyotes. USD had an interception return for a touchdown by Tyler Spease, a kickoff return for a touchdown by Jeremy Blount, three passing touchdowns by Noah Shepard, and rushing touchdowns from Shepard, Chris Ganious and Matt Lee in the win. �? �? �? The Coyotes outgained NGU, 521-101 and recorded their second shutout of 2008. Shepard was 10-for-12 passing for 125 yards and three scores. Ganious rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown. Dan Skelly, Dustin Nowotny and Brandon White all caught touchdowns for USD. �? �? �? Ryan Routh led the USD defense with seven tackles.
