Endangered person advisory issued An endangered person advisory was issued Saturday, Dec. 6. South Dakotans are asked to watch for James A. Rud, a 78-year-old white male who was last seen in Rapid City Dec. 5 when he left home to run some errands. Mr. Rud, who is 6 ft-3 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds, has gray hair, blue eyes and wear glasses. He was last seen wearing a light green coat, blue jeans and ball cap. He was driving 2006 dark blue, Subaru Forrester with SD license: 2KW-600. Mr. Rud is in the early stages of dementia and has Type 2 diabetes and takes heart and blood pressure medicine. Mr. Rud left home without his medications. If you have seen this endangered person or vehicle, call 605-394-4131 immediately. Do not take action to rescue the endangered person. Call immediately.
