Sprucing up

Sprucing up Dick Brown of Vermillion Light & Power was glad the weather cooperated with his efforts at decorating the downtown business district in the city with wreaths, lights and garland Tuesday afternoon. The lights that adorn downtown were switched on later Tuesday evening, but the big event is this Friday evening when Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive from the North Pole to throw the switch that lights the large Christmas tree located at the corner of Market and Main Streets.
