Arts council will
hold rummage sale The Vermillion Area Arts Council (VAAC) is holding a rummage sale at the Washington Street Arts Center, 202 Washington Street, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24. The sale includes items from the art council��?s collections, including framed artwork, a weaving loom, metal adult and children��?s chairs, glass serving dishes, construction equipment, and many other miscellaneous items. Community members have also donated clothing, household goods, and other items to the sale. All of the profits of the sale will benefit the arts council��?s programs, which include art education, music concerts, art exhibits, and a summer art camp for children.
