Fallan will attend National 4-H conference

Fallan will attend National 4-H conference Kelsy Fallan, a member of the Clay County Meckling Livestock 4-H Club, has been chosen along with three other South Dakota 4-H members from Brown, Pennington and Minnehaha Counties, to represent South Dakota at the 79th National 4-H Conference to be held in Chevy Chase, Maryland March 28 through April 2, 2009. During the conference, 4-H members from every state will become familiar with government, learn to advocate for positive change in their communities, guide youth development programs nationally and gain leadership experience. Kelsy is the daughter of David and Julie Fallan.
