Richard 'Joe' Donnelly Richard â�?�?Joeâ�? Donnelly, 74, of Elk Point died Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 at the Prairie Estates Care Center, Elk Point. Funeral Mass was said at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at St. Josephâ�?�?s Catholic Church, Elk Point. Visitation was held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23 at the church, with a rosary at 5:30 p.m. and a wake service at 7 p.m. Anderson-Siecke-Kober Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Following the funeral, burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, Elk Point.
