Irrigators association to meet The South Dakota Irrigators Association will hold its annual meeting and program on Friday, Feb. 20, at the Kings Inn, Pierre.�?  The business meeting will be at 11 a.m. with the program following at 1 p.m. Guest speakers on the program are Ron Duvall, engineer for the SD Water Rights Division, and Dennis Todey, SDSU Extension Climatologist. The meeting and program are open to anyone interested.�?  If you plan to attend, please contact the Bon Homme County Extension Office at 589-3531 by Feb. 18 so meal arrangements can be made.
