Seed exchange planned at meeting Do you need a garden plot for this year, and seeds to plant in it? The Community Gardens Association will host a seed exchange and its first meeting of 2009 in the Community Room of the Vermillion Library on Tuesday, Feb. 17.�?  The Seed Exchange will begin at 7:15 p.m. and members of numerous organizations will be present with flower and vegetable seeds. The Community Garden meeting will begin at 8 p.m., and the public may sign up to lease garden plots.
