address is March 3 Mayor Dan Christopherson will present a 'State of Vermillion' address to the Vermillion Rotary Club on March 3 in the Al Neuharth Media Center. His speech will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m., and will be 30 minutes long. The public is encouraged to attend.
