Welcome Table meets Feb. 16 The Vermillion Welcome Table meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 16 N. Dakota. The Feb. 16 meal will be prepared and served by the students in the USD Honors Program. Thanks to the Vermillion Police Department, the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Clay County State's Attorney Office, the Clay Area Communications Office, the Clay County Emergency Management Office, and the USD Department of Public Safety who prepared and served the Feb. 9 meal. �?
