Family, Fun and Fitness announces graduates Family, Fun and Fitness: A Wellness Approach is pleased to announce another graduating class. Family, Fun and Fitness is hosted by Sanford Vermillion Medical Center and is open to children and their families. The eight-week course focus's on improving nutritional habits and the importance of activity in our daily lives. Each session includes interactive discussion as well as a thirty minute fitness activity for the children. Weekly nutrition and activity goals were met by all the students which concluded with a grand prize drawing.
