Shall not consume alcohol of any kind, use or possess controlled drugs or substances including marijuana and shall submit to urine, breath, blood testing at any time requested to do so by their parole officer and shall pay for the costs of that testing. May not enter any premises where the sale of alcoholic beverages is their primary business. 8. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by parole or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any parole agreement. 9. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court. 10. Upon her release from incarceration, she shall obtain a new drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare including such things as regular attendance at AA. 11. She is not allowed to have any alcohol in her residence. 12. Until she has valid drivers license she is not to have a vehicle available for her use. 13. At the discretion of her parole officer, she shall be obligated to comply with 24/7 program or scram, at such times and for such lengths of times as they may deem beneficial to carrying out their program of supervision.
