Iverson wins cake decorating for second year Monica Iverson of Cakes by Monica, pictured with Norman Davis, has won the second annual Children's Miracle Network cake decorating challenge fundraiser for the second year. The fundraiser took place at the Sioux Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, April 18. There were 15 area professional cake decorators that competed. Competitors had two hours to decorate their cake. Norman Davis, a seven-time national cake decorating champion on the Food Network was one of three judges for the competition. Proceeds raised went to the Children's Miracle Network.
