O Pioneers! to be featured at library

O Pioneers! to be featured at library Willa Cather's O Pioneers! is the last featured selection in the Classics and Flicks series. The film will be shown on Thursday, April 23, from 6-9 p.m. in the Community Room at the Vermillion Public Library. Following the movie, a brief discussion will be facilitated by Jim Zuercher, writing specialist at Morningside College. Hot drinks and popcorn will be provided. Copies of this Cather classic about the struggles of a capable and strong woman and her immigrant family to save their Nebraska farm during the early 1900s are available at the circulation desk.
