Robert H. Reifenrath Robert passed away at home on April 13, 2009 from cancer. He was born in Yankton, on Sept. 23, 1939 to Bernard and Elizabeth Reifenrath. He married Barbara Brunick in Vermillion, on Sept. 5, 1959. He and Barbara moved to Upland in 1964. He worked as a journeyman glazier until 14 years ago when he took early retirement from his union. In the last 14 years, he was a driver, dispatcher and manager for National Leasing & Brokerage. Robert is survived by wife, Barbara, of 49 years. Three children, Teresa from Rancho Cucamonga, Robert Jr. of Upland, and Peter and his wife Staci, from Pinon Hills, CA. His seven grandchildren, Michael Jr. from Ventura, Matthew from Railto, Brandi from San Bernardino, Courtney and Victoria from Pinon Hills, Brian and Scott from Upland; and three great grandchildren, Irene and Damien Jr. who live with their father Damien in Mead Valley and Jakob Riley from Ventura who lives with his father Michael Jr. and mother April. Surviving sisters are Barbara of Vermillion, Dorothy from Coravalis, OR, Lorraine from Vancouver, WA, and Linda from Sioux City IA. Two brothers survived Robert and they are Melvin and Kenneth from Sioux City, IA. At Robert's and the family's request instead of flowers please send any donation you would like to make to American Cancer Society in Robert's name. A reception will be at the Carngie Library in Upland at 3 p.m. on Saturday April 18.
