USD School of Law plans 2009 Race Judicata to benefit VRC

USD School of Law plans 2009 Race Judicata to benefit VRC The University of South Dakota School of Law is "running to give back" with Race Judicata, a community event to raise money for the Veteran's Resource Center of Vermillion. Race Judicata, which is a play on the law term res judicata (a thing decided), is Saturday, April 18 at Prentis Park in Vermillion. Participants can choose between a timed 5K race, a 5K run, a 1K family walk or a 20K bicycle route. Individual registration is $20 or $45 for family members. All proceeds will benefit the Veteran's Resource Center, which facilitates the transition of veterans back to civilian life. Registration materials are available at http://race.dtower.org. Early registration ends April 2; however, same day registration is also available beginning at 7:45 a.m. at Prentis Park.
