Sportswriter Vermillion's boys of spring took advantage of a great week of weather to get in another pair of tennis duals. The Tanagers lost 9-0 duals to Sioux Falls Washington and Sioux City North although some of the individual matches proved to be competitive ones. The level of opposition doesn't diminish in the coming week as Coach Dan Hanson's tennis team plays at Sioux Falls Roosevelt Friday, at the Brookings Invitational Saturday and at Yankton next Thursday. The last home match of the season will be against Sioux City East at 4 p.m. next Friday. Washington 9, VHS 0 Singles 1. Jordan Robinson lost to Dobby O'Donnell 4-6, 0-6. 2.
