First pitch Kirk Sorensen of Vermillion throws the first pitch before the Vermillion Greysox game with Lennox Saturday, May 30 to help celebrate the opening day of baseball in the community at Prentis Park. The day-long celebration featured contests played by the VFW Vermillion 13-14 and 15-16 Teener teams, the Vermillion Legion Post #1 team and the Greysox.
