PRIDE Employee of the Month Bonnie Oswald, Laboratory, was selected as the Sanford Vermillion Medical (SVMC) June 2009 PRIDE Employee of the Month. She has been employed at Sanford Vermillion since January 1991. "Bonnie went out of her way to come to my house and draw blood," commented the patient that nominated Bonnie. "Over the years Bonnie has been a great asset to the laboratory. She keeps the lab running smoothly on a day-to-day basis and is a great employee. As everyone knows, Bonnie can get blood out of anyone – even a turnip!" said Nancy Ellison, laboratory manager, Sanford Vermillion. This is the second time Oswald has been selected as Employee of the Month. She was recognized previously in February 2001. Bonnie (Maier) Oswald is a native of Winner. She is married to Lowell Oswald. Bonnie and Lowell reside in Vermillion.
