This Weeks Happenings! • The Annual July 4 Celebration includes "Fun in the Sun" at the Vermillion Swimming Pool from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., "Eagles Club Annual Duck Regatta" down the Vermillion River starting at Dawson's Bridge at 10 a.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. at Barstow Park there will be inflatables for kids, various kids activities, food vendors, Hy-Vee's Hot Dog Eating Championship at 8 p.m., beer garden sponsored by the Eagles and live music followed by a fireworks display. Everyone welcome! • Prints from the Frogman Press Summer Workshops featuring printmaking techniques by 18 various artists along with showings by Nancy Losacker featuring "Mosaic Mirrors" and Anthony Millette featuring "More Pots" are now on exhibit at The Coffee Shop Gallery and Shel's Lebanese Lunch through July. Plenty of parking in the lot to the east of the building. • National Music Museum's brown bag lunch program will feature "An Eclectic Musical Journey" from 12:05 to 12:55 p.m. on Friday, July 10. Free and open to the public. • "In Every Generation", an original musical in honor of the Sesquicentennial performed by the Vermillion Community Theatre is July 10,11 and 13 at 7:30 p.m. and July 12 at 2:30 p.m. at the Vermillion High School Theatre.
