Noiva receives Louise Ferguson Presidential Scholar Scholarship

Noiva receives Louise Ferguson Presidential Scholar Scholarship Jennifer Noiva of Vermillion, received the Louise Ferguson Presidential Scholar Scholarship from the University of North Dakota for the 2009-10 academic year. Noiva, daughter of Dr. Robert and Nancy Noiva, graduated from Vermillion High School and plans to attend UND in the fall. The presidential scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who rank among the top half of one percent of entering college students in the nation, based upon high school grades and ACT or SAT test results. The scholarship is funded by the UND Alumni Association and Foundation.
