Midwest Homes shall receive a civil judgment against defendant for $7, 818.20 for the cost of the audit which they had to do to determine the amount of money which she stole. 4. Shall be under the supervision of Board of Pardons and Paroles and shall obey all their rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. If she has financial obligations under this judgment, she shall work out a payment schedule with her parole officer. 5. She shall obey all federal, state, local or municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects. 6. Shall not use or possess any controlled drugs or substances including marijuana and shall submit to urine, breath or blood testing at any time requested to do so by their parole officer and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where that is their primary business. 7. Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court. 8. Unless attending an approved educational or training program, she must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all dependents to the best of her ability. 9. During the period of her probation, she shall make restitution payments of at least four hundred (400) dollars a month.
