Vermillion 9-10 year olds place third

Vermillion 9-10 year olds place third The Vermillion 9- and 10-year-old travel team capped a fine tournament with a 16 to 3 win over Underwood, IA in the Akron-Westfield Iowa Tournament on Sunday. The victory earned the team a third-place finish. The team's only loss was 10 to 7 decision to the tournament champs Remsen-St. Mary's.
