Memorial dedication

During the All School Reunion held as part of Vermillion's Sesquicentennial celebration in early August, the Vermillion High School Class of 1986 held a memorial dedication. The class planted two maple trees and  placed memorial markers near each tree in memory of former classmates Lanny O'Neal and Bob Devall, who both passed away in the fall of 2008. Family members and former classmates gathered to honor these two VHS graduates. Pictured fifth from the left is Lanny's wife, Carol (Ouellette) O'Neal and their children, Tyler, Christa and Ryan, along with many of Carol's family including her mother, aunts, siblings and nieces and nephews.
