Native prairie hike, cookout is Sept. 13

On Sunday, Sept. 13 at 2:30 p.m., join other prairie and nature lovers for a hike in a restored native prairie that is in its glory. 

Meet at the Jerry and Norma Wilson Prairie and Log Cabin at 30998 Bluff Road, which is two miles north of Vermillion on Highway 19, then eight miles west on Bluff Road. 

A hamburger cookout will follow the hike, so please RSVP by Sept. 11 at 624-6831 or 624-9279. The event is sponsored by the Vermillion Living River Group of the Sierra Club.
