It's now the postseason for Vermillion High's cross country runners.
The Tanagers head to Beresford this afternoon to run in the Region 3A meet with qualification for the state meet on the line. An athlete must place among the top 20 individuals in the race or be among the top five runners on any one of the top three teams in order to earn the right to run in Rapid City on Oct. 24.
